Christmas Music Everywhere

Lily is gonna be a rock star! She is in a great little singing group, and LOVING it! We have enjoyed many performances already, and are looking forward to the final performance at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in a week. Lily even has a solo. . . at the microphone!

Thanksgiving. . .Stinks

Thanksgiving was terrible. We couldn't even make it through the prayer without crying- it started with Jory, and ended with Clair. Poor Clair couldn't stop talking about Dad and how good my dad was to him. It was a sad, sullen day. Pooh.

Festival of Trees

I had the opportunity to help with the Festival of Trees this year. The Festival earns money for Primary Children's Hospital. It was an awesome experience! Lily helped stuff candy into the angel snowmen that are given to the children at the hospital. We made projects that were donated, and then had the opportunity to work in the "Gift Shop" during the Festival. It was really interesting, and hopefully we can do it again next year. . .Thanks Michelle for thinking of us:)

Time With the Barnsons

We have been spending some great time with our favorite Uncle, Roger and his family lately! It has been a lot of fun- our kids have a special love for Roger (Jory's uncle). He has always been so sweet and very supportive of our little family.

The gals.

Uncle Rog LOVES fried tacos- they are naughty little morsels. Here is Nana cookin' up a storm.

Lily is 5!

Lily turned 5 on November 1st! She had her very first "friend" party, and loved being the center of attention. Lily has grown into a beautiful, funny, smart, sweet little lady. She is very creative and loves to draw and sing! She is taking singing lessons and is becoming quite the performer (she reminds me of my sister, Holly- the performer). Lily loves pink and purple, salads, snuggles, and Taylor Swift. She is an incredible big sister, and is a great help to mom:) She loves to be in the kitchen, and is often found flipping through cookbooks. Lily has blessed our family beyond words!

The Face of Swine Flu

Poor Spence has battled sickness the whole month of October!! We had a tough few weeks, but EVERYONE is feeling much better. . .for now:)
